Returns Policy


We take every care to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item ordered then please contact us and inform us of your intent to return the product.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We must be notified of items being returned if found faulty or damaged upon arrival within 24 hours of receipt and the item must be received by us within 14 days. 

We'll aim to process your return request within the 14 working days of receiving your product. Within 28 days of receiving your confirmation order you should receive your refund via the same method that was used to make your purchase.

In busy periods like Carnival, Halloween and Christmas we may take a little longer.

Can I cancel an order

If you have not paid for an order you can cancel it, If you have already submitted payment for your order we regret to inform you that we will not be able to cancel it or issue an immediate refund. We have a very quick turn around between orders being placed online and the picking, packing and shipping process, Due to this we will be unable to cancel your order after payment.

The following is a list of items that must be returned unused, unopened and in the original packaging, failure to abide by this will result in a credit not being issued.

  • Underwear
  • Socks and stockings
  • Eye lashes
  • Wigs, beards, facial hair or any type of artificial hair
  • Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
  • Cosmetics

Do make sure you've included all your items and their contents in your return parcel as we can't refund returns with missing items, without original packaging or products that are not resalable. If items returned to us have evidently been worn, or if costume packaging has been heavily damaged and the item cannot be restocked for sale we will not be able to process your refund, and the item will be returned to you.  Please take care when opening costume packaging.

Please also be sure to obtain a proof of postage, or have your returning item tracked with your Mail service.  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the parcel arrives to its destination. In the event the returned parcel does not arrive at its destination, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the mail service to process a claim for a refund.
